Registration for 2023/24 Rams Conditioning and/or Tryouts for players born 2006 to 2014 is NOW OPEN.

Conditioning and Tryout Fees:
Conditioning (optional): $150/player
Tryouts: $150/player

Conditioning
Each Conditioning group receives 6 hours of ice (4 drill sessions, 2 game play sessions)
U12 to U16 Conditioning - Schedule is posted here.
U10, U11, U18 Conditioning – Begins after Labour day - Schedule is posted here.
A reminder email will be sent 1 week in advance confirming your player’s registration and schedule.
 
Tryouts
Tryouts for all levels begin after Sept 5th (Following OVSS Team Formation).  U10 to U18 schedule is posted here.
 
Players must have their applicable SMHA registration fees paid and be in good standing with SMHA prior to stepping on the ice for tryouts.
 
Tryout Process
We recommend that players arrive at least 45 minutes before the first session to allow time for check-in.
 
Jerseys:  RAMS tryout jerseys will be provided upon check-in and the same jersey must be worn for the entire tryout process.  All other equipment is the responsibility of the individual player.
 
Tryout releases begin following the 2nd tryout session (3rd for U10/U11).  The SMHA website news page will be updated to invite a list of players to continue with the tryout process.  The list will be posted by level, jersey number, and colour after each tryout session.

Players selected for Competitive RAMS Teams will have additional Rams Fees and Team fees (in addition to SMHA Registration fees)

Rams Fees:
U10 & U11: $650/Player
U12 to U15: $850/player
U16 & U18: $800/player

For Players Released from Silver Seven:
If your player was released from Silver Seven and they are coming back to RAMS tryouts, please ensure SMHA registration fees and tryout fees are paid in full before tryouts.
