SMHA is now 100% NON CHECKING in House League

At a recent Lanark Carleton meeting, it was motioned and approved to have a 2-year pilot project designating all levels in house league as Non Checking. 

Our league was one of the last to take this stance.  This will hopefully make league balancing easier and also allow teams to find tournaments to enter into.

This will be effective commencing the 2013-2014 season.
