Annual SMHA Coach Evaluations

To address concerns of participant anonymity and to ensure all evaluations are kept strictly confidential, SMHA has again for the 3^rd straight year partnered with ClearPicture Corporation to conduct the coach evaluations for us.  

ClearPicture is a Canadian company founded in 1995 and has had a prominent role in the evolution of web-based surveys and evaluations, having pioneered several industry innovations.  ClearPicture has managed survey and evaluation programs for some of the world’s largest corporations.  You can find out more about ClearPicture by visiting their website at www.clearpicture.com

ClearPicture Corporation will manage, host and report the results of the coach evaluations.  This ensures confidentiality and anonymity for everyone that submits a coach evaluation.  Individual evaluations will NOT be shared with SMHA Executive. ClearPicture will only provide aggregate data for each coach being evaluated.

ClearPicture states their primary role is to protect the anonymity of survey respondents and they take that role very seriously.
