2024 SMHA Education Bursary

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Registered in the 2023-2024 minor hockey season as a player or official and in good standing with SMHA
• You must be graduating from a secondary school in spring 2024.
• You must be pursuing a career requiring further education or training (e.g. university, college, trade school etc.)
• You must have played minor hockey with SMHA for a minimum of three years. Note: IP and Novice years do not qualify (first year of eligibility is Minor Atom); or you must have officiated with SMHA for a minimum of three years

 
Note: Students who have a parent or guardian on the SMHA Executive are ineligible.
 
HOW TO APPLY
Complete this application form and forward it with the required attachments to the attention of the SMHA President at president@stittsvilleminorhockey.com.
 
APPLICATION DEADLINE
All applications must be received by the SMHA no later than 17:00 hours, Friday, May 3, 2024.   Late or incomplete applications (a missing attachment will be considered as an incomplete application) will not be considered.
 
The successful applicant will be notified by the end of May 2024.  The decision will be made by the SMHA selection committee and will not be subject to review.
